We were travelling for a wedding. Booked a hotel across the street, but made a booking for 1 night instead of 2. Had to reallocate to Mercure. I went to ask a day before our check-in if we could store the luggage there ( because of the ceremony the next day) but the lovely lady at the reception told me they weren’t fully booked and we could have the room early on the check-in date ( she would let her colleagues know) and we could get all dressed up for the wedding in the room (instead of a storage room or similar). I was so surprised ( positively) I got goosebumps. Unfortunately, I don’t remember this receptionists name, but I’d like to send her a ‘Thank you’ and let her know this proactivity was very unexpected for this day and age. If someone is reading this from the hotel management, be aware you have a great empathetic person working for you :)

1. The room was well kept and cleaned sufficiently. We found the room to be well isolated from the street noise. 2. The location is in the main square of the town and the hotel has a very nice view. 3. Great breakfast with all sorts of goodies. 4. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. 5. Iron & board available in the hallway was very useful.

We stayed in Tilburg to go to a concert, and the location of the hotel was fantastic being in the centre of the city. Be prepared for street noise late at night though. Staff were friendly and helpful, and they were happy to look after luggage before our journey home the second day. We didn’t have breakfast, so can’t comment on that, but the room was comfortable.

Nice place in center Tilburg, Comfortable open shower with hot water, there is paid parking in same building, you can enter it from back side of hotel. Nice design from rooms and hotel itself. Prices was okay for me, but could be a bit lesser, maybe because center of city it was like this ~190 euro per room/night, without breakfast and without parking.

The location was excellent- in the heart of the city centre. I quite liked the lobby, one can find many seatings for a quick chat or a late conversation. there was complimentary tee and coffee at all times. The complimentary cosmetics such as body wash in the bathroom were of good quality The bed was comfortable, the duvet was warm

Location was great, tip ask fir a quiet too If you’re a light sleeper we had one in level 5 overlooking the car park which was great as was quite noisy at the front of the hotel in the evenings . Breakfast was very good , great choice of pastries , bread , cereal , fruit, yogurt , waffle machine, bacon, eggs, sausages , cheeses, ham, salmon and salad.

Centrally located, comfortable and modern. We have stayed here on numerous occasions and are happy to pay a little more for the convenience and comfort provided by the hotel. It is a popular place to stay in Tilburg, so suggest you book early. All shops, restaurants and bars are right on your doorstep, with supermarkets not too far away if you need them. We did not opt for breakfast as there are many options close by.

Pretty close to Tilburg Railway Station, just a 10 minute walk. Perfect location amongst shops, bars, restaurants, music venues, etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I asked for a little water after a night out and I was given a full glass bottle to take to my room. Very nice sized room at the back of the building, extremely comfortable and quiet. Fridge in room to keep drinks chilled on a warm day. Clean bathroom. Never waited more than 30 seconds for the elevator. Good WiFi.

The staff is extremely helpful and polite, they go above and beyond! It was a pleasure to stay there.

The location is great, a walking distance to fashion shops and Primark. Plenty of restaurant too. The location is within the old town of Tilburg and it has this historical vibe feeling to it which I like. Its quite happening in the nights too, guess due to its location nearby colleges I think. The hotel restaurant is cozy and feels like eating in a fine dining resturant
